DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Officer, Operations may be required to:
· Supervise the collection of data for the formulation of policies.
· Implement and monitor programmes and activities of the Directorate.
· Collate data for the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Directorate.
· Undertake registration of applicants.
· Distribute logistics for registration activities of the Authority.
· Collate data for the preparation of budget and work plan of the Directorate.
· Collate data for the preparation of quarterly, annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate.
· Supervise and appraise the performance of subordinate staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
IN-SERVICE ENTRY
· Availability of vacancy on the grade of Officer, Operations.
· A minimum of three (3) years on the grade of Assistant Officer, Technical Services.
· Must have satisfactory Staff Performance Appraisal Reports.
Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Authority in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
